I’m really excited to offer this 8 hour course of my core material that has proven to be useful for so many dealing with issues ranging from daily anxiety, depression, and anger to beginning the process of unraveling trauma (under professional supervision).
The course will give you information and science to back up why these practices of movement, breath and meditation can offer deep relief for you or for your clients if you work in the field.
We’ll explore specific activities for panic and self loathing, Myofascial release for the issues locked in the body, techniques for vagus nerve that give you a tangible sense of how this nerve heals us, brain hemisphere balancing, digestive and pelvic floor practices, and ways to use breath and sound to allow a deep sense of ease in the mind and body.
In addition to the online material, I can meet with you personally for 20 minutes via Zoom or by phone to discuss questions you have about the course.
