Yoga Therapy: Improving Focus and Memory

If you've been struggling with thoughts like "I can't maintain focus lately" or "I'm becoming more forgetful than before," this is a gentle program for both mind and body designed to address these concerns. Drawing from her extensive experience in yoga therapy, Beth will help deepen your understanding while teaching practical care methods.


The program includes many practical applications that will be useful for those who work with senior students. No prior yoga experience is required. Anyone can participate regardless of age or physical fitness level. Seated poses can be done either in a chair or on a mat.
